I am beyond stoked to compile my favorite projects and designs over the years into a single tangible document, “Omnibus”.
Part catalog, part retrospective, Omnibus took form when presented with the task of having a booth for the first time at the 2024 Boardroom Show and trying to answer the question: “How do I showcase the full scope of what I’ve been up to surfboard-wise since 2008??” The resulting zine features 28 pages of full bleed color photos and brief handwritten notes on shapes, projects, origins, and philosophy.
I’ve been extremely fortunate to have wildly talented photographers gift me photos over the years and Omnibus includes images from Colin Nearman, Donnie Hedden, Andy Sherar, Dana Shaw, Matt Allen,Aaron Austin, Christian Ramirez, Brad Wrage, TJ Thran, Owen Beim, Emma Limberg, Kris Nafziger, Matteo Ramsey, and more.
Putting together the piece was a humbling and gratifying look back at these years as a designer and shaper.
